On this November Sunday morning, I’m sitting in my lovely new office, cup of tea in hand (well on actually resting on a magazine – I forgot to take the coaster up again . . . doh!), laptop cleaned, screen polished, lavender candle lit, and I’m channeling a mean, green editing machine. I have a to-do-list dictating today’s activities, and I’m off . . .
The following images were a result of a little trip to Castleblayney to photograph Miss Grace. This little lady was totally cool, calm & collected during her first photoshoot. She was a seasoned pro at chilling out whilst somebody is snapping away with a camera. Outfit changes were no hassle to Miss Grace, and scratchy wooly hats that usually require somebody running to fetch a dummy, didn’t take a flinch out of our little cailín.
I just couldn’t resist taking some close up shots of her little lips, gorgeous eye-lashes and teeny tiny fingernails. The finer details of little babies never fail to paint a huge smile on my face and you’ll hear me utter the words: “Ooooooooooooooh (the ooooo’s lasting at least 4 seconds), look at how cute . . . ., sooooo (again the ooooo’s go on and on) gorgeous! Thanks to Aisling & Joe, for allowing me to capture some images of this special time in their lives. Now, off you go, to have a little browse . . .
Enjoy!
I love this image of Grace in her Christening robe. Is she singing, protesting, yawning . . . . ?
Now, look at those eyelashes! Perfection!
