The wedding of Jacqueline & Niall was a complete delight to photograph. From early morning, the giggles of the bridesmaids, the banter between the Mc Elvaney brothers and offers of many cups of tea by the mammies of both the bride and groom, left me in no doubt that “this is going to be a beautiful wedding” . . . and I was right! Jacqueline and Niall had their wedding ceremony in the Cathedral in Monaghan and then we tipped up the road to the the Radisson in Cavan for the reception. Jacqueline has such a warm & sincere laugh, that makes you feel totally comfortable in her company, and I so enjoyed taking some sneaky shots were she was telling all her guests how fabulous they were looking! As you’ll see from the photos, Jacqueline & Niall are such a lovely couple. Niall obviously thinks the world of his “Mrs Mc Elvaney”. The wedding was abuzz with excited aunties and uncles, who were so genuinely delighted for Jacqueline & Niall. There is something so fantastic about excited Aunties in particular . . . I think it’s the giddy excitement that us females get, when we buy a sparkly dress, put on ridiculous high shoes and book a spray tan. It’s the best feeling EVER!!
