Well . . . . the date has finally arrived.  Today is the 2nd of June, and marks the day of the Blackwater Centre Photography Exhibition.  As I have mentioned in a previous post, I have been delivering a photography training course in the Blackwater Centre over recent months.  We are celebrating the work of the participants on the course by holding an exhibition.  The exhibition will take place tonight, Thursday 2nd June. We will open the exhibition at 7pm and it will run for a few hours, so feel free to call anytime from 7pm onwards.  The exhibition will be open for viewing during the day tomorrow also.  All of the 28 participants would be totally delighted to welcome you, and there will be tea and coffee there to warm your little hearts.

There are plans to run another photography session in the Autumn term, so if you want to find out a little more about the classes, pop down to the centre tonight.  You will be able to chat to the participants, and learn a little bit about their experiences.

There are 56 fabulous images on display.  A selection of the image captions (to tempt you a little further);

– It’s a “woof” life

– Door to a painted world

– Looking back through time at Errigal

– Memories

– Annie steams through Antrim

– Confirming Expressions

– Snap!

– A view to Emyvale
